(a) Permit Fee. The fee for a permit to construct a swimming pool shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Such fee is in addition to permit fees applicable to other structures which may be incidental to the pool, or to plumbing, sewer or wiring connections therewith.
(b) License Fee. The fee for a license to conduct, operate and maintain a swimming pool shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
