As used in this chapter, "swimming pool" means an artificial body of water with a controlled water supply over eighteen inches in depth and with 150 square feet of surface area, used for swimming or recreative bathing, built upon or below the level of the ground, and not designed or intended to be readily dismantled, stored or moved from one place to another.
