1480.03 HOUSE-MOVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED; BOND.
   No person shall move or raise any building from its foundations in the City unless he or she has a properly approved house-mover's license issued to him or her by the City of Cleveland. Before any permit is issued allowing the moving of any building along any route, the applicant must furnish a bond satisfactory to Council providing for payment for any damage that may occur to any tree, pavement, street, sidewalk, pole or telephone, telegraph or light wire belonging to the City or for the repairs of which the City may be held responsible, whether such damage is inflicted by the person or his or her agents, employees or workers, and further providing, that the person shall hold the City harmless against any liability, judgment, damages, costs and expenses which may in any way accrue against the City in consequence of the granting of such permit or license, or the performance of any work thereunder.
