1466.01 OPERATION OF HEAVY MACHINERY.

No person shall operate heavy machinery on or about any construction site in the City before 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. of any day. In addition, no operation of heavy machinery on a construction site is permitted on Sundays and on the following holidays observed by the City: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. This section shall apply, except in periods of emergency, upon a permit issued pursuant to a resolution of Council.
