There is hereby established in the City an Architectural Board of Review ("Board") which shall consist of three (3) voting members, who shall be residents of the City, and up to three (3) Architect Advisors. All of the members and all of the Architect Advisors shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council. The appointments of voting members shall be for terms of three (3) years, except that the initial appointments shall be for terms expiring December 31 of 2015, 2016 and 2017 respectively. Voting members may be removed for cause by the Mayor with the concurrence of Council. The Architect Advisors shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
