1448.07 VIOLATIONS.

The Inspector of Buildings, prior to citing or denying the issuance of a license to any contractor for violations of this chapter, shall inform the Mayor in writing, with copies to all members of Council. Upon approval of the Mayor to proceed, the Inspector shall carry out the provisions of this chapter.
