All Contractors must have a valid current license issued by the Board of Building Standards. All commercial permits and plans examiner fees will be charged a 3% State Fee. Contractor must also provide the Building Department with a Certificate of Insurance with the City as additional insured and a $25,000 Contractor's Bond. The Inspector of Buildings shall make out permits, fix the fee to be paid, collect the same and give receipt as set forth in Sections 1446.51 - 1446.86 hereof. (Ord. 2011-42. Passed 7-20-11.)
