1446.36 STREET OPENING/WATER OR SEWER LINE FEE AND DEPOSIT.
   The fee and deposit for a permit for street opening/water or sewer lines shall be as follows:
   New water or sewer connection - $75.00
   Deposit - Across the Street - $1500.00
   Deposit - Same Side of Street - $600.00
