A sum of $1,000.00 must be deposited prior to site plan review to cover the following costs:
(a) $200.00 for topographic and other engineering plans referred to the City Engineer for review and recommendations.
(b) $275.00 for the Engineer to inspect and survey the property after the footers have been constructed but prior to construction of any walls to determine that the structure will be constructed where it is sited on the building plans.
(c) $325.00 for the Engineer to inspect and survey the property after the first floor deck has been constructed to determine that the structure has been constructed where it is sited on the building plans.
(d) $200.00 for the Engineer to inspect and survey the property after final grading has occurred to determine that the structure is located and the grading has been performed in accordance with the building plans.
