Upon the report of a condition or perpetration in violation of this Building Code the Inspector of Buildings shall immediately examine or cause to be examined such violation, and if such violation exists, the Inspector shall immediately order the owner, lessee, tenant or person responsible for such violation to make such changes, alterations or repairs as shall satisfy the conditions of this Chapter. It shall be the further duty of the Inspector to cause the prosecution of the person or persons responsible for such violation.
