1428.01 THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE ADOPTED.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the current edition of the International Property Maintenance Code is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference and all property maintenance within the City shall be in accordance with the requirements of such Code.
