Upon acceptance and as a condition thereof, the developer shall guarantee the construction and materials of the street improvements and shall maintain the street improvements for a period of four years from their acceptance and the posting of the maintenance bond herein required with the City, in a form approved by the Law Director. The bond shall be in an amount of twenty percent of the financial guarantees required under Section 1248.14 for the improvements.
