The City shall make available to developers copies of these Subdivision and Land Development Regulations, the Zoning Code and other adopted plans, street maps and information which may affect the development of the property under consideration. Applications for approval of a subdivision shall be in accordance with these Regulations, other codes and plans as adopted and information furnished.
