1244.01 INTENT.

The procedures established in these Regulations are intended to define the steps by which a developer may design, make an application, record plats and construct improvements, and by which the City Planning Commission and Council may review, make recommendations, approve the plans and otherwise administer these Subdivision and Land Development Regulations.
