(a) Waste building materials must be removed by the building contractor. Where no building contractor is involved, the Service Department will provide within a one-year time period two collections of building materials from a residence at no charge, provided each collection consists of no more than five plastic bags or bundles, each of which may not weigh more than forty pounds. A fee of five dollars ($5.00) per bag or bundle shall be paid before any collection in addition to, or in excess of, the foregoing is made.
(b) Bush and tree trimmings are to be bundled in lengths not exceeding four feet or forty pounds.
(c) Service Department personnel cannot be held responsible for collecting usable materials that are left in, on or near waste containers. They have also been instructed not to pick up waste overflowing from containers or elsewhere on the property.
