(a) Additional Fee for Creekside Pump Station and Force Main. No person shall tap into any of the City's sanitary sewer lines that are tributary to the Creekside Pump Station and Force Main unless the appropriate Creekside Base Fee, with applicable interest, is first paid to the City.
(b) Creekside Base Fee. The Creekside Base Fee shall equal two thousand eight hundred fifty-one dollars and fifty-eight cents ($2,851.58).
(c) Interest. In addition to the Creekside Base Fee set forth in this section, there shall also be an additional five percent (5%) per annum interest charge levied on the Creekside Base Fee commencing January 1, 2012.
