During periods of water shortages, the Mayor is authorized to establish lawn sprinkling bans on the use of water furnished by the City of Cleveland, within the City of Pepper Pike. Such lawn sprinkling ban may be established by notice posted in the City Hall. During the period of such a ban no person shall sprinkle any lawn after having received notice to cease and desist.
