The Service Department is hereby authorized to sell mailboxes to residents who request them and to install the same. The charge, which approximates the cost of materials and labor, for the box, posts and installation thereof, shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for the standard mailbox and one hundred forty-five dollars ($145.00) for the deluxe mailbox. In providing this service to residents, the City makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the mailbox or its installation.
