894.01 ANNUAL TAX LEVIED.

An annual license tax at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per motor vehicle is hereby levied on all motor vehicles the district of registration of which is the City to be used in accordance with the permissible uses under Chapter 4504 of the Ohio Revised Code.
