864.05 LICENSE FEE.

Every person desiring a license to conduct a public sale within the City shall pay to the City a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each sale payable in advance. Such license shall be valid for one day only, shall state the day of the public sale for which it is issued, and shall state the place where the sale is to be held.
