862.05 LICENSE REVOCATION.

The license of any licensee shall be revoked by the Mayor upon his or her finding that the licensee has been guilty of a wrongful act in connection with such business, that he or she is not a fit person to be engaged therein or that he or she has failed to comply with the provisions of Section 862.04.
