860.12 METAL TAG ATTACHED TO VEHICLES.

Every vehicle used for peddling or soliciting shall have attached thereto on the outside right-hand side or in plain sight in the driver's compartment of the vehicle a metal tag to be furnished by the Clerk of Council.
