860.10 SALES FROM PUBLIC WAYS; SALES TO MINORS.
   No person shall sell or distribute any goods, wares or merchandise on the paved portion of any public street or alley regularly and customarily used for automotive or vehicular traffic, within 150 feet of any street intersection, public park or school groups in the City. The sale of any goods, wares or merchandise to any person under the age of twelve years who has crossed a public street to the peddler's vehicle, except under the supervision of a police officer, parent or person in charge of such minor, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and shall be deemed to be a violation of this chapter.
