Every person desiring a solicitor's or peddler's license shall pay to the City a license fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per year, payable in advance, provided, however, that a six months license may be issued upon the payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
Any individual having a valid solicitor's or peddler's license and who actually peddles or solicits may have licenses issued to his or her employees in accordance with this section. Employees of any licensed solicitor or peddler shall pay to the City a license fee of five dollars ($5.00) per year, payable in advance, provided, however, that a six months employee's license may be issued upon the payment of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50).
