846.02 LICENSE APPLICATION; FEE; TRANSFERS.
   Whoever engages in the business of landscaping and/or snow plowing for remuneration in the City shall apply to the Building Department for a license, which application shall be in writing and shall state the applicant's name and residence address, his or her principal place of business, the name and address of the statutory agent if a corporation, the name and address of each person for whom the applicant will perform landscaping or snow plowing services during the calendar year, and such other information as the Building Commissioner may reasonably require for the purpose of determining whether the applicant is fit to engage in such business in the City. Each applicant shall pay a fee of eighty dollars ($80.00) for each license for each year the license is valid. Such license shall not be transferrable. Upon the payment of the eighty dollar ($80.00) license fee, applicants will receive a copy of this chapter, along with all relevant rules and regulations pertaining to landscaping and snow plowing contractors. If the applicant has engaged in landscaping and/or snow plowing business within the City without a valid license, the license fee shall be twice the amount provided herein.
