406.01 DIVISION OF TRAFFIC ENGINEERING AND SAFETY CREATED.

Pursuant to Article V, Section 1, of the City Charter, a Division of Traffic Engineering and Safety is hereby created, and the Chief of Police shall be the executive head of such Division.
