242.03 INTAKE ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)    The Intake Administrator shall be the administrative assistant to the Building Commissioner, shall act at his or her direction, will coordinate the efficient intake of Planning and Zoning and Building Department applications, and shall perform such other duties as are necessary to provide for the efficient operation of the Building Department.
 
   (b)   The Intake Administrator shall work not more than twenty-five (25) hours per week and shall receive such compensation as Council shall, from time to time, provide.
