242.02 BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

The Building Commissioner shall be head of the Building Department and shall be responsible for the overall administration of the Building Department and the administration and enforcement of the City’s Building and Housing Code and the City’s Planning and Zoning Codes. The Building Commissioner shall also perform the services of the Inspector of Buildings and shall supervise the employees of the Building Department.
