238.06 POLICE PROTECTION TO OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES.

The Police Department is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any municipal corporation or any other governmental entity without a contract to provide police protection upon the approval and authorization of the Police Chief, the Police Chief's designee or the officer in charge.
