236.03 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT BUILDING INSPECTOR.

The Service Director shall also perform the duties of the Assistant Building Inspector under the supervision of the Building Inspector. In the capacity of Assistant Building Inspector he or she shall have all the powers, duties and authority provided by the laws of the State and the ordinances and regulations of the Municipality relating to building inspectors.
