236.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICES OF SERVICE DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT BUILDING INSPECTOR.

Council hereby establishes the offices of Service Director and Assistant Building Inspector. Both offices shall be held by the same person. The Service Director and Assistant Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Mayor.
