234.03 TREASURER TO PERFORM DUTIES OF TAX ADMINISTRATOR.

The Treasurer shall perform the duties of the Administrator of the Income Tax, in addition to the regular duties as Treasurer, and shall supervise all clerical personnel in the general office and the Building Department.
