(a) Except as otherwise provided herein, all ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law to be published, shall be published by posting copies thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 222.03, for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days.
(1) Notices to bidders for the construction of public improvements shall be advertised as provided in Section 206.01 of the Codified Ordinances.
(2) Notices of the sale of bonds shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Municipality for not less than two (2) nor more than four (4) consecutive weeks.
(3) The posting of the City's Codified Ordinances on-line shall conclusively satisfy the publication requirement for those ordinances that are codified.
(b) Proof of publication by posting in City Hall or on the City's website shall be made by the Clerk of Council by a certificate of the times when and the places where such posting was made and such certificate shall be prima-facie evidence that legal publication has been made.
