The following City officials shall post bonds in favor of the City, conditioned upon the faithful performance of their duties, in the amounts given:
Official Amount of Bond Mayor $ 25,000 Treasurer 100,000 Clerks of Finance Department 100,000 All other employees 10,000 blanket bond with $25,000 rider for Police Chief and Inspector of Buildings |
Such bonds shall be approved as to form by the Director of Law and the premiums for the same shall be paid for by the City.
