CHAPTER 238
Police Department
   EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 1972-17, passed February 16, 1972, adopted a set of Rules and Regulations for the operation of the Police Department. Being primarily an internal matter they are not codified herein. Copies of the same may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   The City enters into Agreements, from time to time, with the Northern Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association. Such Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment for sergeants, patrol officers and detectives in the Police Department. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and Agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
