For the purpose of this Chapter, terms or words used herein shall be interpreted according to the following:
(a) "Construction Dumpster" means any unit designed for the collection of large quantities of trash, yard waste, garbage, building or construction debris, trees, limbs and designed to be delivered and picked up by a truck. Construction dumpsters to not include garbage cans that can be moved by a person.
(b) "Portable Toilet" means a portable, self-contained outhouse manufactured of molded plastic used as a temporary toilet for construction and/orlarge gatherings/events.
(c) "Portable, On-Demand Storage Device" ("POD") means any device, container, enclosure or structure, either wheeled trailers or containers carried on motor vehicles or trailers, commonly used to store home furnishings, and other personal items on a temporary basis during a time of home repair, construction, renovation or relocation. Portable, on-demand storage devices do not include self-propelled registered motor vehicles and are not used as habitation for humans or animals, or for the storage of commercial/industrial materials.
