234.05 ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.
   There is hereby established an Alcohol Enforcement and Education Fund in which shall be deposited the twenty-five dollars ($25.00) paid by each offender to the Pepper Pike Police Department when such Department is primarily responsible for the arrest of the offender. The funds, as determined by Council, shall be used by the Police Department to pay only those costs it incurs in enforcing Ohio R.C. 4511.19 or Section 434.01 of the Traffic Code of the City and informing the public of the laws governing the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, the dangers of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and other information relating to the operation of a motor vehicle and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
