(a) Any active or inactive public funds deposited to the credit of the Municipality with any bank or trust company may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules of the bank or trust company by the signatures of any two of the following:
(1) Clerk of Council
(2) Treasurer
(3) Authorized Signer
who are hereby authorized to endorse and sign checks, drafts and orders for the payment of money.
(b) Any safety deposit box of any bank or trust company in the name of the Municipality may be entered in accordance with the rules of the bank or trust company by any two of the following:
(1) Clerk of Council
(2) Treasurer
(3) Authorized Signer.
