(a) The Inspector of Buildings shall authorize the issuance of permits required by this chapter and the Building Code and shall collect a deposit to cover all expenses of processing the applications therefor in accordance with the following schedule:
(1) New wireless communication tower facility - four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).
(2) New wireless communication antenna, on an existing tower, building or structure - seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
The balance of the deposit remaining after final inspection of the facility is complete will be refunded to the applicant.
(b) The applicant for a wireless communication tower and/or antenna facility shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the City for any technical, legal and/or engineering services deemed necessary by the Inspector of Buildings, the City Planning Commission or the City Council to perform the reviews and/or inspections set forth in this chapter which are not covered by the application fees or deposits set forth in subsection (a) hereof.
