1488.06 INSPECTIONS; RIGHT OF ENTRY; SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS.
   The Inspector of Buildings shall inspect or cause to be inspected all pools within the City at such times as he or she may deem necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter, and, for such purpose, he or she or his or her duly authorized representative is hereby authorized to enter upon any premises to take samples of water from such swimming pool at such times as he or she may deem necessary and to require the owner, proprietor or operator to comply with the provisions of this chapter. In the event of the failure of compliance, after due notice, with any of the provisions of this chapter, the Inspector shall have the power to abate or cause a suspension of the use of such swimming pool until such time as the same is, in his or her opinion, no longer a menace or hazard to the health or safety.
