The fee and deposit for a permit for additions to existing structures shall be as follows:
Fee - | $0.35 per square foot of gross floor area |
Minimum - | $150.00 |
Deposit - | $75.00 if the permit fee is $150.00 or under |
Deposit - | $125.00 if the permit is more than $150.00 |
