(a) The applicant shall furnish a copy of a survey plat prepared by a land surveyor registered in Ohio showing permanent iron monuments set at all corners of the property upon which the building permit is requested. The plat shall also show the location of wooden stakes placed upon each property sideline at the front building line and fifty feet to the rear of the building line. The plat shall also show the location and elevation of a bench mark placed upon a fire hydrant, telephone pole, tree or wooden stake set flush with the ground within a reasonable distance from or upon the site of the property for which the building permit is requested. The plat shall also show the difference in elevation between the bench marks and the top of the footing for the proposed building.
