1020.05 ALTERATION OR ENCLOSURE OF DITCHES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall alter or enclose any drainage ditch in any public street within the City without first obtaining a permit therefor. Application for such permit shall be made to the Inspector of Buildings.
