Beginning at the village line on County Road CC, south along County Road CC, crossing Highway 35 onto Oakwood Street to Second Street. East on Second Street to 1200 Second Street then south to First Street. Follows First Street to Washington Street, north on Washington Street one block to Second Street, east on Second Street to Cedar Street north to Fifth Street. West on Fifth Street to Washington then north to village property line, then southwesterly along village property line to County Road CC and point of beginning.
