§ 51.03 APPLICABILITY.
   The regulations specified in this chapter shall apply within the village boundary limits. A copy of wellhead protection area map is set forth in § 51.05 of this chapter. The village does not have any Zone A wellhead protection areas as the cone of depression is five feet around each well. Zone B applies the five- year time of travel to reach a well.
