§ 34.01 METHOD OF CONTRACTING.
   (A)   Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 61.54, the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 62.15 shall be applicable to all village contracts.
   (B)   The authority vested by Wis. Stat. § 62.15, the Board of Public Works shall, in this case, be exercised by the Village Board or delegated by the Village Board.
