§ 115.05 SHORT-TERM RENTAL ANNUAL RENEWAL PROCESS.
   Annual renewal shall be conditional upon compliance with all applicable provisions of this chapter. The Village Clerk shall approve any renewal application unless there is a problem. The Village Clerk will then refer any compliance issues to the Planning Commission for review and action as needed.
