§ 32.01 COUNTY AND STATE TAXES.
   Pursuant Wis. Stat. § 70.67(2), the village is hereby obligated and guarantees payment to the County Treasurer of all state and county taxes required by law to be paid by the Village Treasurer to the County Treasurer.
