§ 31.17 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   The election of the Secretary/Treasurer, Chief, and his or her First and Second Assistants shall be held at the annual meeting, and only members in good standing at the time of the annual meeting are qualified to vote.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Chief to report to the Village Board the names of the elected and appointed officers immediately after election or appointment.
   (C)   All committees shall be appointed by the Chief.
