§ 152.07 OFFICIAL MAPS AND REVISIONS.
   (A)   Generally. The boundaries of all floodplain districts are designated as floodplains or A-Zones on the maps listed in division (B) below and the revisions in the appendix at the end of this chapter. Any change to the base flood elevations (BFE) in the flood insurance study (FIS) or on the flood insurance rate map (FIRM) must be reviewed and approved by the DNR and FEMA before it is effective. No changes to regional flood elevations (RFEs) on non-FEMA maps shall be effective until approved by the DNR. These maps and revisions are on file in the office of the Village Clerk. If more than one map or revision is referenced, the most restrictive information shall apply.
   (B)   Official maps.
      (1)   Based on the FIS 55091C0300D:
         (a)   Flood insurance rate map (FIRM), panel number 55091C0310D, 55019C0320D dated 8/19/2010 with corresponding profiles that are based on the flood insurance study (FIS) dated 8/19/2010 55091CV000A; and
         (b)   Approved by: The DNR and FEMA.
      (2)   Based on other studies (the following are examples of other types of maps you may need to adopt): floodplain study appendix: all DNR- and FEMA-approved floodplain maps, flood profiles, floodway data tables, regional or base flood elevations, and other information located in the appendix at the end of this chapter. The community shall provide the most up to date appendix to the DNR and FEMA regional offices.
